Members of the public observed Terrence
GRANT and Dale GRANT, both of Selkirk,
MB fishing with too many lines.
Officers on boat patrol attended and
also observed that the lines were
attached to barbed hooks. They were
charged with both offences.
They both received the specified
penalties of $102 (too many lines) and
barbed hooks ($52) for totals of $154 each. |
