During the early mornings of September
23 and 24, 2006 officers conducted
surveillance and inspections of anglers
at Lockport.
On Saturday November 23, 2006 Lorenzo
PAISO of Winnipeg, MB was charged with
being in possession of more saugers than
he was allowed.
On Sunday November 24, 2006 Lorenzo
PAISO was charged with catching and
retaining more saugers than he was allowed.
In other words, he was charged with
being over his limit on two consecutive
days.
PAISO plead guilty to both offences and
was assessed the specified penalties of
$202 and $100 for a total of $302.
