A public complaint regarding an
approximate one ton truck load of fish
remains and household garbage led
officers to Matlock, MB. Darcy
PAKULAK was ordered to remove the
enormous pile of garbage and fish
remains to an approved dump site as
well as received an offence notice for
the violation.
While Darcy PAKULAK did clean up the
garbage pile, he allowed the charge to
default. This resulted in an
additional $50 to the $160 fine that
he had been assessed. |
