Item: Possess more fish than the daily quota and barbed hook attached to end of line
Description: Officers receive a call from the Turn In Poachers line regarding a lone male in a green canoe in possession of too many walleye. Attending officers identified this person as Steven ROSTESKI of Selkirk. ROSTESKI had seven walleyes or 3 over his quota. A barbed hook was also attached to the end of his fishing line. ROSTESKI pled guilty and received $229 in fines. All seizures were forfeited to the Crown.
