Description: Diosdado UMINGA of Winnipeg was charged with having 39 saugers over his limit of 4. No set fine was requested as the maximum available specified penalty was less than the total possible if imposed by a Justice. UMINGA did receive a fine of $1,107 and all his fish were forfeited to the Crown.
