Officers conducting an early morning
fisheries compliance patrol
encountered a male subject by the name
of Wilfredo YALUNG of Winnipeg.
YALUNG had 67
saugers in his possession; which put
him 63 over his limit. An appearance
notice was issued as this total put
his potential fine over the $1,000
specified limit.
Manitoba Judge B. Corrin assessed an
$1,100 fine and all fish were
forfeited to the Crown. |
