Item: Use electronic call to hunt Canada Geese
Description: Andres DELEONS was checked by an NRO during the 2009 migratory bird hunting season. Upon approaching the subject, the officer could hear an electronic call coming from the ground near the subject. DELEONS pleaded guilty to the offence and received a $350 fine and one year suspension of migratory bird hunting privileges.
