An officer observed a person shoot 5
Canada Geese during the waterfowl season
of 2009. One by one, Natan LIEPERT
retrieved his geese. He reached his
daily bag limit yet chose to shoot at
another flock that flew into his range.
Luckily he did not hit any of the these
geese. He was charged and pleaded
guilty to the offence. He was fined
$350 and receives a one year suspension
of migratory bird hunting privileges. |
