Description: A Selkirk NRO had occasion to inspect Kenneth Buus of East Selkirk while on a recreational fishery patrol of the Red River. Kenneth Buus had 7 lines in the water which was 5 more than allowed. He was charged with angling in ice covered water with more than 2 lines. He pleaded guilty on March 24, 2009 and received the set fine of $102.
