| Description: |
On November 16, 2008 Manitoba NROs, RCMP
and Canadian Wildlife Service officers
conducted a check stop along the east
bound lanes of PTH #1. William
MUSHMANSKI of Winnipeg entered the check
stop triage with 2 deer. One deer was
tagged with a muzzle loader tag.
Further investigation revealed that the
tag for the second deer had not been
notched for date of kill nor was it
attached to the second deer.
On December 4, 2008 William MUSHMANSKI
pleaded guilty to the charge and paid
the $448.50 set fine. The deer was
forfeited to the Crown. |
