| Description: |
Mafeking District officers were
conducting a compliance patrol near the
community of Powell, MB during the 2008
general deer season. They had occasion
to inspect a vehicle driven by Hilbert
MOSIONDZ of Wabowden, MB. Upon further
inspection, the officers discovered the
rifle being carried inside MOZIONDZ's
vehicle had 1 live round in the chamber
and live rounds in the magazine. On
December 16, 2008 Hilbert MOZIONDZ
pleaded guilty to the offence and
received the set fine of $448.50. |
